Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe (card and other methods available at checkout). You will receive a payment confirmation by email.

Many of our garments are limited to one or two units. Your purchase is only confirmed once payment is completed; until then the item may be temporarily reserved by other buyers.

Delivery and pickup

Pickup in store (free): we will let you know as soon as your order is ready, usually the same working day. Keep your order confirmation.

Shipping within mainland Spain: flat rate shown at checkout; delivery within 2-5 working days by courier. We do not ship internationally yet; message us on WhatsApp if you need this.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item (or collecting it in store), without giving any reason.

To exercise it, use the withdrawal form on this page, or notify us by email or WhatsApp quoting your order number. The item must be returned unworn, with its labels and in its original condition.

Returns and refunds

You can return the item in store (free) or send it to us by courier; in that case return costs are at your expense.

We will refund the amount (including the initial standard shipping, if any) via the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of shipment.
