Can I buy online?

Yes. A selection of our pieces is available in the online shop, with home delivery or pickup in store. Looking for something that isn't on the website? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll reserve it for you.

How do I know if a piece on the website is available?

Stock changes weekly and many pieces are limited to a few units. Message us on WhatsApp with the name of the piece and we'll confirm availability and sizes right away.

What sizes do you carry?

It depends on the label, but most of our brands run from 36 to 46, and several cut generously for real bodies. In store we'll help you find the fit that suits you best.

Do you put together complete looks for weddings and events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's one of our specialities. Dress or two-piece, bag, jewellery, scarf or headpiece: we build the complete guest look. Come in with a little time and leave with everything sorted.

Can I reserve a piece?

Of course. Via WhatsApp or by phone we'll reserve the piece and size for you. We'll keep it for a few days until you can come by.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can exchange a garment in perfect condition with its receipt within 15 days of purchase. Outlet items and jewellery are only exchanged in case of a manufacturing fault.

Which labels will I find in the shop?

We carry Spanish and Italian labels such as Carla Ruiz, Malalá, Mariquita Atelier, Reina por un día, Kahyra and Arggido, among others. The selection changes every season.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards and contactless payment with your phone.

Do you get new arrivals every week?

Yes, new pieces arrive almost every week, especially at the start of the season. They appear on Instagram first, so follow us to catch everything.

Where can I park near the shop?

The nearest car parks are Plaça del Consell and La Glorieta, both a few minutes on foot. Carrer de Diana is right in Dénia's shopping district.

Do you speak other languages?

Yes, we'll happily help you in English, Spanish and French. Many of our customers are international residents of the Marina Alta.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can give Utopia as a gift for any amount you like. Ask us in store and we'll prepare it on the spot.
